You DO NOT have to make your own hotel arrangements but you [http://www.oerc.ox.ac.uk/registration-forms/iesp-workshop-registration DO NEED to register] so that the organizers can make them for you.  The organizing committee has arranged to pay for the lodging and meals during the workshop for attendees.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Accommodations have been booked for most workshop participants at St Anne's College in the center of Oxford and only a few minutes walk from the workshop venue. See: &lt;br /&gt;
http://www.st-annes.ox.ac.uk/conferences/introduction.html Participants  arriving on the weekend (when St. Anne's will be closed), or who cannot otherwise be accommodated at St. Anne's, will stay at the [http://www.oldparsonage-hotel.co.uk/ Old Parsonage], which is meeting's overflow hotel and is also within easy walking distance of the meeting site.&lt;br /&gt;

Upon arrival at St. Anne's College, report to The Lodge.  This is where the front door is and taxi drivers know it.  You will simply check in using your name. Weekend arrivals or overflow participants staying at the Old Parsonage will also have rooms reserved under their names.&lt;br /&gt;
